Hey guys! Over the course of the week, we have been learning about paragraphs, inferring and sentences. On these slides, we have practised complex, compound and simple sentences, inferring from texts and learning about paragraph structure. I hope you can learn something from this!
Hi Garnet. You are skilled at inferring. You take all the clues to come to your conclusions. With writing your are able to write a simple main idea sentence that leads the reader into the remainder of the paragraph. Most of your paragraphs are also concluded with something that supports the main idea in a general way as well. Do you know other ways (aside from the way we learnt) to form a complex sentence?
