Hi everyone! Room 3 had to think about what they would need and want to survive in our own ISO bubble (in lockdown Level 4) for 6 months. This can include company, food and drink, toys or other things we might want that are realistic. I have used FLOOR PLAN CREATOR to create the floor plan of my ultimate house in my bubble and some 3D pictures of the rooms. The only company I would be needing is my parents and brother, along with our animals as well (in case I get sick of my brother!). Here is my slideshow: Enjoy!!
I am a Year 8 student at Ahipara School in Northland, NZ. I am in Room 3 and my teacher is Mrs Takimoana.

Inferencing Images
Hi guys! For me, I found this set of slides particularly interesting as I have never really done much learning about this area of arts and knowledge. We had to look at some pictures and find a deeper meaning in them. Take a look at them on slides 3&4 and tell us what you think the pictures mean. Enjoy!
A Picture That Tells More...
A picture says more than 1000 words. This was our topic, we had to create a picture that has a deeper meaning than the visual aspect of it. Have a go, leave a comment if you've figured it out!
Washing Your Hands Learning Slides
Hi guys! Today we completed a slide set about washing our hands and how to wash them properly. I hope you all learn something!
My 3D Shapes Poster
Hi guys! On the last slide of my Geometry- 3D Shapes slides, we had to create a poster about 4 different 3D shapes. I chose to write about 4 different CLASSROOM objects! On this poster I have explained how many faces, edges and vertices are on my shapes, enjoy!
Geometry- 3D Shapes
Hi everyone! Now that I am back at school, we have completed a maths slide about Geometry (3D Shapes). I have learned that the difference between a 3D shape and a 2D shape is the depth in a 3D shape. I hope you learn something from this!

My Vehicle
Hi everyone! Today my post is about MY fast vehicle. I had to draw a picture of my own fast vehicle. I thought that I would have a different take on this 'vehicle' and do something a little less of a machine. How about a living vehicle. I have drawn a horse as my vehicle. It can go as fast as you make it and its special features are; companionship, loyalty and love.

Tiny Houses
Hi everyone! For today's inquiry (lock down) post, I have visited a sight and watched a few videos about tiny houses. Our task was to explain if we would like to live in a tiny house.
Here is my answer:
- I think that the idea of living in a tiny house has many pros and cons. Tiny house says it all, its small, meaning that it would be easier to clean and keep tidy. However, with a small house, it would be harder to entertain and have people over.
If you think a tiny house is for you, you might want to take a look at these videos.

Dear Diary
Hi everyone! For our literacy learning we had to complete 2 tasks from the 'Bingo Board of Awesomeness'. One of tasks I chose required me to write and tell a few things that I had been doing.
Dear Diary...
Thursday:
My Dad, brother and I made a wooden bridge that was about 2 meters long and a meter wide. We put this bridge over a flowing creek to get to our tree hut on the other side.
